Job Description
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast casual restaurant and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, explaining the menu, taking orders over the phone, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
The successful candidate will also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer questions about menu items.
Take orders over the phone.
Clean and maintain the host area.
Process payments and handle cash transactions.
Assist in setting up the dining area for special events.
Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu items, specials, and promotions.
Base Pay: $14/Hour
